A few days after Thanksgiving, Danny goes outside to play. He wanders to the playground on his snowshoes. He decides to play secret agent and digs through the snow to crawl into a cement ring. Once inside, he feels claustrophobic. He also has a vague sense he’s not alone in there. He hears leaves crackling at the other end of the tube.

If I were in a situation where I felt claustrophobic and sensed someone else’s presence in a space like a cement ring, my first instinct would be to remain calm and assess the situation. I would start to panic but I would try to calm myself. My character traits of being level-headed, logical, and cautious would help me.

One main obstacle in this plot would be the uncertainty of the situation and the potential danger of being in a space with someone unknown. The fear and uncertainty of confronting someone or something dangerous could be a real challenge.

My decision to carefully listen and observe the sounds outside the tube could benefit the plot by potentially uncovering the identity of the mysterious presence in the ring. It could lead to a plot twist or reveal a new subplot related to the secret agent theme. However, if I were to panic or act impulsively without thinking things through, the plot could suffer by potentially leading to a dangerous obstacles.
